We adopt the domestic advanced sputtering technology to produce
HXGH-AA series,HXGH-MC series and HXGH-P evacuated tube. A. HXGH-AA series: It has the advantages of high absorption (0.86~0.92/AM1.5) and low
emittance(<=0.08/80degree+-5degree), which is invented by
YinZhiQiang professor of Tsinhua University and used in the civil
solar water heaters extensively. Its selective absorption coatings
adopts the graded AL-N cermet layer. Its film structure is
ALN/AL-N/AL-N/AL-N/AL-N(adhesion) which can work effectively in the
200degree. B. HXGH -MC series: 1.absorption layer 2.ceramic anti-reflection 3.metal infrared reflector We developped the rotary three-targets magnetron sputtering
technology together with the New Energy Center of Peking University
and used it to produce HXGH-MC series(Double M-ALN cermet coatings)
tube which has the advantages of highest thermal
efficiency(0.96),lowest emittance rate(<=0.04/20degree) and
working effectively in the high temperature(300-350degree) in
contrast to the normal evacuated tube. The corresponding film
structure is ALN/M-ALN(LMVF)/M-ALN(HMVF)/Cu. C. HXGH -P series:LMVF: Low Metal Volume Fraction. HMVF: High Metal Volume Fraction 1.evacuated tube 2.AL wings 3.Cu heater tubeWe can produce HXGH-P series which combines the heater tube and the evacuated tube. It transmits the thermal energy quickly and can work against the high pressure. And it may prevent the tube to be destroyed for the icing while it works in the coldest area. |
